• SLM/EBM metal 3D printing: pure chromium components with high-temperature corrosion resistance, small-scale nuclear‑equipment parts, and high‑temperature, corrosion‑resistant molds;

• Laser cladding: Applied to shafts, rolls, and valve surfaces to deposit a pure chromium wear‑resistant and corrosion‑protective coating, thereby repairing damaged industrial components.

Thermal Spraying/Supersonic HVOF Coatings

Pure chromium coatings are applied to boiler piping, fan blades, hydraulic piston rods, and wear‑resistant pipe fittings for mining applications, offering superior resistance to high‑temperature oxidation, abrasive sand erosion, and acid–alkali corrosion, while replacing electroplated hard chromium (with environmental advantages).

Vacuum sputtering target material

Vacuum hot-pressing is used to fabricate chromium sputtering targets for applications in architectural glass coating, display panels, optical thin films, decorative coatings, and semiconductor metallization layers.
