Product Introduction
Product Introduction
TC11 titanium alloy is an α–β type heat‑resistant titanium alloy with excellent overall performance. It exhibits outstanding high‑temperature strength below 500°C and maintains relatively high room‑temperature strength. This alloy is primarily used to manufacture components such as compressor disks, blades, and drum casings for aeroengines, and it can also be employed in the production of aircraft structural parts.

Application areas
Aerospace
TC11 titanium alloy is widely used in the manufacture of critical components such as aircraft engine blades, airframe structural parts, and landing gear. These components must not only withstand harsh operating conditions—including high temperatures and high pressures—but also exhibit excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. TC11 titanium alloy meets these requirements thanks to its outstanding overall performance.
Energy sector
TC11 titanium alloy is used to manufacture structural components and piping in nuclear reactors. These parts must withstand extreme conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, and intense radiation, and the alloy’s excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance provide reliable performance under such demanding environments.
National defense sector
TC11 titanium alloy is used to manufacture critical components such as tank armor and missile casings. These parts must withstand harsh conditions, including high‑velocity impacts and elevated temperatures, and the alloy’s high strength and toughness provide robust performance under such demanding service environments.
