Abstract
Ultrasonic atomization powder production is achieved through ultrasonic atomization. This method, which has only emerged in recent years, uses ultrasonic energy to atomize molten metal into fine powder. It is a highly efficient, low‑energy approach for preparing ultrafine metal powders, yielding products with excellent sphericity, controllable particle size, and a narrow particle‑size distribution, thus holding promising prospects in the metal powder industry.
The ATO Lab plasma‑melting–ultrasonic atomization powder‑making system that our company represents also employs ultrasonic atomization to produce powders. However, this technology remains immature in China, which means equipment based on this principle cannot yet be domestically manufactured; currently, all such ultrasonic atomization powder‑making systems available in the country are entirely imported. The ATO Lab plasma‑melting–ultrasonic atomization powder‑making system was specifically designed and produced by Polish researchers who pioneered this powder‑making technology.
