Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company’s products in overseas markets;
2. Execute sales activities such as industry trade shows within the designated sales territory, generate customer leads, and achieve sales targets.
3. Manage and maintain customer relationships, as well as oversee long-term strategic partnership initiatives;
4. Develop new markets, acquire new customers, and expand the product sales footprint;
5. Responsible for customs clearance, express delivery, and other related tasks for overseas sales of products;
6. Responsible for handling overseas customer complaints and after-sales issues;
7. Other tasks assigned by the leadership.
Job Requirements:
1. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, capable of communicating effectively with overseas clients.
2. Familiar with the sales process in the foreign trade industry, strong market development skills, and proficient in business negotiation, analysis, and resolving customer issues.
3. Prior experience in metal powders, powder metallurgy, or 3D printing, or experience in overseas customer development, is preferred.
4. Willing to travel on business trips.
